Binghamton is a town in Broome County, New York. It is located in between the Pennsylvania state line on the south and the City of Binghamton to the north. The town is mostly rural, consisting of small residential communities, farms, and forestland. The town encompasses the hamlets of Hawleyton and Summit Hill.
