Fayetteville, New York
Fayetteville is a village located in Onondaga County, New York. It is around ten miles east of Syracuse and serves as its suburb. The village is within the town of Manlius. It is one the three villages in the town, the others being the Village of Manlius and Minoa. Fayetteville is named after Marquis de Lafayette, a national hero of France. The village covers a total area of about two square miles and has a population of approximately 4,187 ().

Heading east on NYS-5 will bring you to Chittenango. The village’s main north and south bound road is New York State Route 257 (Manlius Street). It meets NYS-5 in the village square.
