Middletown is a town in Delaware County, New York. It is within the Catskill Mountains. Middletown is a large town, covering 97.3 square miles of mostly forestland., the town population was estimated at 3,100. During the summer months, the population increases dramatically. The town encompasses two villages — Margaretville and Fleischmanns.
