Walworth is a town in Wayne County, New York. It is located approximately twenty miles east of downtown Rochester and ten miles south of the Lake Ontario shore., its population was estimated at 9,200. The town mostly serves as a rural suburb of Rochester. Walworth makes up approximately thirty-four square miles. It was first settled by Connecticut migrants, four brothers of the Millet family, and the town was established officially in 1829. There are four hamlets in Walworth. They are Huddle, Lincoln, Walworth, and West Walworth.
