Westford is a town in Otsego County, New York. It is a rural town, located approximately sixty five miles west of Albany., there were around 850 residents. Westford covers a total area of about thirty-four square miles. The town was first settled around 1790. In 1808, the township was established. Three hamlets make up the town. They are Maple Valley, Westford and Westville.
