Manlius (pronounced: manliess) is a town in Onondaga County, New York. It is a suburb of Syracuse and is considered part of the Central New York region. The Erie Canal was the main contributor to the early development of Manlius. Within the town are the villages of Fayetteville, Manlius, and Minoa.
