Montgomery is a village in Orange County, New York. It is located at the southeastern foothills of the Catskills Mountains, approximately seventy miles northwest of New York City. The village is within the Town of Montgomery. It is one of the three villages in the town, the other two being Maybrook and Walden., the village population was estimated at 3,800.
