Sherburne is the name of a village in Chenango County, New York. It is considered part of the Central New York region. The closest large city is Utica, located around forty miles north of the village. The village is within the Town of Sherburne. It is one of the two villages of the town, the other being Earlville., the estimated village population was 1,300.
